Two months after passing a doctor’s well visit with flying colors, Donna Warren was sent to the emergency room to find out she had Stage 3 ovarian cancer. An operation in New York removed her ovaries, diaphragm, appendix, spleen and part of her stomach. Thankfully, she had a place close to home where should could receive her post-surgery treatment.

How the Regional Cancer Center is Saving Lives
The Regional Cancer Center saves lives by coordinating personalized cancer care at a single location in Southwest Florida. This prevents very sick patients from running around town or leaving the area for the lifesaving care they need.
